• You should check out these resources. I think you will find a few things you can improve (like footer links removal, and replacement of showpost with permalinks, etc).
• You should get your page titles into a H1, and also remove the forum title from your thread pages.
• I think your sub-forums does cover a lot of generic topics, so if you could find a way to make them more specific, or at least add more specific information to the descriptions that accompany them, that might be helpful to you.
