If I had to say anything was holding you back, its
A) your footer links to external domains can often be mistaken for sold links.

I also think you lost your niche. Your title tells me its a repair site, but at least 50% of your forums have nothing to do with repairs, but rather gaming, downloads, and other misc chat. As a result, you have a lot of forums, and a lot of them hardly have anything in them and look empty. I'd suggest merging many of your forums that have limited posts. Ie, 1 gaming forum under general chat instead of a whole category + 3 forums.
