my website Critique please

Hello all,
i started my website http://forum.savethelword.com/ in march with IPB but fast i get back to vb and now i am here. I am a totally noob at this hole seo stuff so please feel free to give me any feedback.

my website is very small but i am trying to add some unique content as often as i can. and because the people that may visit my site are very limited (because she is about a small us tv show) i wanna use vbseo to get as much visitors and supporters as possible.

so when anybody had some time and take a look and can give me some optimisation tips i really appreciate that.

Most of this i already have done. The only major issue i see for me is that i can't set up good linkbacks. But i will work on that so thanks for looking at my site.
