Mototips - Critique Request

Well I have not posted here for a long time. I just switched over to the vbseo template and wanted to know what else i need to do. Please lay into me because I want this site to be better.

• I like your logo.
• Did you intend to keep the green vBSEO top nav bar? It looks really familiar to me (of course), but it might be interesting to see what it looks like in another color.
• Nice to see that you converted the welcome message to an image.
• I would remove the "FAQ" link from the upper navigation bar (for everyone) and the Calendar (for guests), using conditionals.
• You have done a good job creating descriptions for most of your sub-forums. Every once and a while it's not a bad idea to re-review these. See if there is something currently popular that you can work into the description as a keyword. You can also find stuff that is very generic or repeated often in all of the descriptions and re-word it or cut it out.
• You are using our Relevant Replacements feature. That is excellent.
• I would replace your showpost link with a Permalink on your thread pages. Look for your "Permalinks" option in the vBSEO Control Panel (vbseocp.php). If you do this, please remember to disable showpost pages in your vBSEO "Sitemap" options (found in your vBulletin CP settings, under the vBSEO menu).

Just updated for this first time in a long time.
How do I change the color of the top bar? I must have missed this somewhere :(.
What color do you think would look better there? The green was kinda growing on me but i bet grey or a dark red would look nice too. I took out the showpost link as suggested thank you .
I moved FAQ down to the bottom of the page. Is that better? Calendar should only display for members now. Thank for the help out. I just want to make sure I am working in the right direction.

If you like the green, you can certainly keep it. It is just very familiar to me. I wanted to remind you that it's customizable too if you want to explore other color options.

Hey i have a question... I added a custom link to my navbar... It is turning up in white... why is this?

did you using Mod or from navbar Template ?
