    The Loan Officer Database

I can definitely use ideas guys. This site is aimed at a specific category of people and has just been launched recently. I went with the steel blue template because of the very nice blend of color and still is business worthy

I've got Search Submit Express, Search Sponsor, and Google AdWords all doing ad's for me right now.

I think the relevancy of the URLs is fine, I can use opinions and ideas though.

I'm not trying to create any revenue from ad's on this site and it's part of a bigger project that I'm working on. (There's a big picture ).

I'm a pro in my field of business, but when it comes to SEO I'll have to turn to you guys. So let me know what you guys think and definitely help me out with any constructive criticism.

There are a couple of things which strike me straight away. The first is the use of a "splash" page before landing onto the forums, this can ideally be scrapped or at least move your vBulletin files into the directory root too, so that your thread URLs important keywords arent appearing too low down within the URL structure. e.g.,

Therefore more importance can be assigned to the "more-loan-news" string - which can help boost your search engine relevancy for this specific term. Also, i've noticed that whenever i try to access your forum content i am asked to agree to set of rules and agreements, unfortunately search engines spiders will not be able to interact with this sort of forum therefore you are essentially blocking them from basically all of your forums content - i'd recommend removing this plugin immediately.

This is reflected in Google's indexing of you, as you can see they currently have indexed only one page. Whilst you have over 100 threads and 100 member profile pages in circulation too.
