I have just had the VBSEO software installed onto my website with the default settings and would really appreciate any feedback from vbseo-experts!!!

I have done the first 3 you have recommended - can you check they are all working as I wasn't sure what the 3rd does (virtual html on whats going on box)

As for removing the faq and calender for guests thats not actually possible with the image nav bar I use at this time so will have to leave this one.

Can you explain what 'i want you to remove include every thing' means for the site map?

And no I haven't installed VBSEO Sig, where do I get it and what does it do?

In vBSEO Sitemap Settings remove include (showposts,archive,pool....etc) and only include showthread and forum display and blogs (if you have installed Blogs)

What is the advantage of doing that?

Google will focus on your threads and this good because we make Google focus on our thread content not the showposts or poll or tags the only way to traffic from search engines is threads so we didn't index any pages expect of showthreads and forums
