Onpage SEO: This is a never-ending task and I'm sure others will find many other elements but I'll start with some:
    - Enable prev/next thread title replacements via vBSEO CP
    - I would remove the 'Webmaster Forums - Internet World Chat' part from your thread titles to reduce keyword dilution.
    - Save your css definitions in a separate file (option via vB CP)
    - Use vBSEO's relevant replacements feature to display phrases for individual threads instead of the forum descriptions (Example: "Discuss Msn 8 / Messanger Live is so cool; I saw a preview of it..." instead of "General Discussions Talk about what's on your mind! For topics unrelated to our other forums.")

Looks: I like the color combination, easy on the eyes while still crisp. Beautiful website!

Overall, I think this is a nice looking, well laid out site. At first glance there are a couple of things I would consider, the first is the color of the google ad. The links in it are blue which makes it stand apart from the rest of the page where all the links are black. I would suggest making your advertisement look as close to your page content as possible, it's harder to disregard as an ad this way.

Another thought is that you can always throw that ad in the navbar template and have it display on every page to increase your revenue, with VBSEO on there you will get very tarted text ads from Adsense, especially with your content . I realize this is subjective to taste and the way it currently is may be just how you like it, I just thought I would throw that out there.

I agree. I found that having ads that blend in with the page do MUCH better than ads that are made to stand out.

A minor nitpick.. in your navbar you don't have a capital F in Forum's, plus it's better to just have Forum instead of Forum's or Forums.

Other then that I'm really liking the colors
