    I'll play: SocaltrailRiders.org

There's a few tweaks I have to do to get rid of a few little design bugs in IE - but it's functional in any browser.

I built this site and launched it in November of 2004. It only targets people in a specific geographical region (southern california). Traffic had stopped rising and started to plateau about two months ago. About 10% of users are new and it doesn't rank very high in the good keywords I would like.

There's one competing (old) website that DOES rank VERY high in good keywords. But there's very little traffic on their discussion boards now compared to mine and the design is just plain bad. Their URL is socalmtb.com. Does it rank so high because of the better URL or maybe because it's been online for a long time (I think over 5 years)? Is there hope that one day I'll get better rankings in search engines?

vbSEO added 4 days ago. Also finished up a redesign of the site two weeks ago and everyone likes it so far. Hoping that'll generate some more interest and traffic will start to climb again.

My website is: STR | SocalTrailriders.org

FYI: The links to the forum threads on your main page are not rewriting properly.. might want to look into that.

Looks good otherwise I think.. What are you using on the front page to manage content?

The photos on the front page are a script that photopost comes with (customized a bit by me) and the recent threads and upcoming events are php scripts made by me.

    Fixed the rewriting thing, btw
