Iamboredr.com: Where bored Rendezvous Launched (need review!)

Today I just launched my very first forum site: Iamboredr.com!!


What this site about? The title said it all! It’s for all of us who are bored, nothing to do.. and just wanna make friends and enjoy some entertainment! I believe all of us is bored at least once a day (OK OK, i’m like many times a day) so, that’s the reason why I started this forum.


It has a adsense sharing revenue program too where 40% goes to the poster and 10% goes to the last member who reply. Now you might think i’m greedy taking 50% of it, but as you guys know.. it will all go to the hosting fee and etc..


So.. if you have the time, I appreciate any feedback on how to improve the site further! Do support and register as well!




PS: I just installed VBSEO on it, will do a site statistics in another forum!

Looks good but might want to knock all the cats on the head as there is a lot for a new board and they will just sit empty if you do not post in them yourself to get them going.

Now you have set it up its time for you to post like mad leaving the posts open so that other people will jump in ( set yourself up with multi accounts so that it seems that there are members and not just you )

I.E ending the posts with > whats ur views > can anyone help ect

Your fishing forum looks busy! was it hard to get it started too?

Slow going but its just for fun and to help people enjoy what I love doing - saves mowing the lawn or doing DIY

I think with starting any forum you need to love the subject matter as if you do not post on your own forum then why should anyone else. Keep it friendly and do not blink an eye on barring idiots. I must have met 100s of my forum friends over the years too fish and have a beer.

Build up back links is important of course and a good little place for free Dir submissions is Solicitations & Announcements Forum just pop in there every day and submit to the new Dirs ( do not spam them ) and you can soon build up your back links.OK many will fold after a year and Dir links are low value but every little helps.

Try and write a few good posts every week in the beginning and ALWAYS reply to any posts a member makes at first as lots of un answered posts do not look good to readers
