- You should upgrade your vBSEO to vBSEO 3.3 (RC2 is released) so i would you to upgrade your forum
- i want you to remove your forum title from your forum threads

- you should use H1 Tags in your forum : Add H1 Tags to your vBulletin Templates for Long Tail Search Optimization
- I would use the new HTML Virtual Display feature on your What's Going On (This feature after upgrading to vBSEO 3.3 RC1)

In the "Hello You" part on the homepage, maybe you could try adding the link to one of your most active threads on the forum under it and asking them to post their feedback. There needs to be some kind of call to action of incentive for them to want to register. Otherwise, they'll just visit for a quick read and leave.
