My vb website is HDB Flats, Condo & Room For Rent/Sale - Singapore Property Classifieds

I migrated from phpbb to vbulletin on April 23. Prior to that traffic has been steadily increasing (approx 10%-15% per month), but I believe there is potential for more, thus migrated to vbulletin with vbseo.

However, first two months has been very harsh on the website see http://www.vbseo.com/f84/traffic-dro...ulletin-33744/

My traffic drops more than 50% within a week of implementation, specially google traffic and direct traffic. yahoo was initially quite ok.

2 months on, google has catch up, now almost match the traffic before the drop. direct traffic is now about 10% off from the previous traffic.

but yahoo has been faring badly, now is more than 60% off from previous traffic, and still steadily dropping.

it seems to have been a mistake to use vb advanced in Singapore Property & Rental | HDB Flats, House & Rooms For Rent/Sale, but i can't afford another change of URL now, so i just let it be.

i have done 301 redirect for most of the pages from the phpbb(more than 95% of the traffic).

from analytics, i can see that even though i'm slowly gaining longer tail, but the main keywords are losing traffics.

i have also lost google sitelinks (previously there are 8), now there is none

Please advise, what are the steps i can do to improve site ranking.

Sorry, I don't understand. Do you mean moving the registration box to the Popular Categories?

No, it does not affect to any Mod all your mods will be installed itself in the new style

Please Try To Add the following lines in your .htaccess

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^.*\/index\.php\ HTTP/
RewriteRule ^(.*)index.php$ http://www.site.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Change Site.com to your site URL

After that try to open Singapore Property & Rental | HDB Flats, House & Rooms For Rent/Sale and it should redirect you to http://www.sg-house.com
If it redirect you Correctly so you will done it

I don't want to do something that might cause Google wrath. Regardless of whether or not there truth to this controversy, I would try to avoid this for now.

No. I can't afford another redirect now. Yahoo is a problem. It doesn't treat 301 well. You may already read from my previous post Yahoo steadily drops my previous phpbb pages from ranking, even though I have done 301 redirects.
