No, you're fine. When you disable showpost pages (which make up the largest # of pages on your site), your index page count naturally has to drop.

However, this puts all your thread pages in a much better position to rank higher.

Here is how you can find out how many of your showpost pages are actually generating traffic (if any, and what percentage):

Yes, we definitely expect the numbers to drop when you remove showpost. Check out the link above. Please tell me how many hits you received from showpost pages during the 30 days prior to disabling them.
