Critique please

I just got vBulletin and vbseo all set up and read all the SE optimizing tips. I still need to add a nice header image. Any contructive tips are welcome.

I don't like that header part (see attachment). It is a bit too large. I think it would be better, if you place your forums at the top of your page and not that advertisement ...

I have to scroll down (15.4", 1280x600p) to see more that the first forum ..

I have been trying to figure out why its dispalying like that in FF. It doesn't do that in IE. I have to display the banners. I'm gonna change them to the standard 468x60 banners. SEO wise how does it look? Thanks

1. Header image/ logo
2. banner size so you dont have to scroll down so much.

You really need to add Bookmarks and RSS buttons like ones located at "addthis.com" to each forum, thread and even post so people can keep track of the topics they are interested in!

I edited a few things. I made all the banners 468x60 so they would not take up so much of the page. Also added a nice header image. Any constructive critisism welcome.
