• Try to validate your style (all of your forum pages) : [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://nbadimensions.net/forums/ - W3C Markup Validator
• Try to only include Showthread / forumdisplay and blog pages in your sitemap
• Try to remove Calendar and Faq only for guests.
• Try to replace vb4's Heading tags (H1) with vbseo Relevant Replacements.VB4 RR's?
• Try to use a CDN service like MaxCDN.com
• Try to submit your website in Directories like DMOZ and Yahoo directory.
