From vbseo sitemap generator settings enable including showthreads and forumdisplay pages only in your sitemap and disable the others.

and I have also included Tag Pages.

No problem, Tags page it's unnecessary pages when you disable it from sitemap generator that doesn't mean it will not index no it's mean you will not add it in your sitemap but Google still can crawl it and index it without the sitemap.
