Critique my site please

Please take a look at my site and let me know what you think as well as modifications you think might make it more user friendly or what you think would need to be done to draw people back to the site.

First impressions: Way too many ads! I would remove one sidebar, either left/right, I would say left. Then in that sidebar, I would have 1 skyscraper, 2 if you want. After that, then we will see how to go about browsing your site. Me I am talking from a regular Joe that will hit your site, he doesn't know where to go. He just sees too many ads. Clear it up first.

Suggestion Taken. Removed the left side bar. Placed only auto updating banners on right. Removed scrolling marquee as well. Anything else you suggest?

Me personally, I would just put one ad until my site gets the traffic I feel comfortable with. Just my 2cents.
