I'm looking for a critique of my travel forums

I've just literally 5 minutes ago implemented vbSEO, and I was amazed how easy it was to install.

I have over 8,000 posts, and 450+ members, but only a dozen of these members are active. I think alot signed up to promote their site rather than discuss travel and I am looking for ideas to improve the forum.
