1. I'd suggest turning off the archive links in the Footer. (470 links, just to the site archive, is way too many). Or maybe turn off the archive itself, if it doesn't bring you much traffic.

• I would you to remove all the footer links that's huge number of links

• I would use vBSEO 3.3.0's "Virtual HTML Display" feature to hide your "Who's Online" stats on your homepage. You could consider trying the same feature for your Top 10 stats and Chat, instead of using conditionals.
• You should try using our Relevant Replacements feature.
• You do not have H1 tags. You can implement them with the Relevant Replacements feature.
• I would recommend choosing the option to replace your showpost link with your Permalink on thread pages. See your "Permalinks" options in your vBSEO Control Panel.
