Problem with Google

indexs my site in google is good But New topics not appear when you search

Example:
site:tran33m.com -

when search in google not appear

whether - if -

This problem has a month
what is Problem؟؟!

First and before anything I'm strongly recommended to use keywords in URLs to get the best results from all search engines.
Does your visitors number is decreased ? "Take Screen shot from Google Analytics and don't use any other sites to count your visitors"

• Why you are search for your site with "whether - if - " ?
• Remove your forum title from threads title, for search long tail optimize.
• Remove FAQ - Calendar from your navbar from guests only.
• Setup vBSEO RR's.
• After setting up your vBSEO RR's use vbseo.com RR's format.
• Oh, 260 error and 275 warning XHTML, you will need to fix them ASAP : [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.tran33m.com/vb/t22981.html - W3C Markup Validator
• I don't know why you are add these things in your footer, Don't think they are will help you NO, Just let vBSEO handle the SEO and the sitemap.
• Enable Store CSS in files.
• Your forum keywords is missing, I'm strongly recommended to add keywords in your forum.
• Disable the default vBulletin Archive.

With the current SEO in your forum I don't know how your site was appear in search engines, Sure you will not see your threads listing in the top results.

I don't think the server could do this, That's not true.

i think Problem ip in server

No, If the server is blocked the Google bots IP's so you shouldn't see any new page indexed. But I see Google index new pages every day so the bots can view your site with there IP's
