I was actually looking over the showposts with permlinks guide before, but forgot to implement it. It is now done.

I have now enabled vBSEO RR only for guests.

I have also just removed my forum title from thread pages.

My vBSEO Sitemap Generator already has everything disabled besides thread pages and forum display

I just now included the Define Homepage Aliases modification.

I will look over the link building section.

I have actually submited my site to the DMOZ Directory about two week ago, and it still has not been added yet?

Is the Yahoo! Directory worth the $300? Seems like a heft pricey to pay...

Yes your site does not add into DMOZ Directory maybe some of DMOZ Moderators didn't accept your site, Make sure you have add your site into the correct section
There is a free Directory in Yahoo just Add your site into the free one

I don't think Yahoo offers a free directory listing:

And for what it's worth, my website was already listed in there.

Thanks, I just submited my website hopefully it will be listed. I tried Dmoz and gave up, it's worst that applying for a loan. However I was able to register few domains already listed there but expired.. I'm not sure if I should use them or not.. anyway Let's keep this thread for critiques.
