    Question Yahoo Submit Question

    The Yahoo submit page here
    http://submit.search.yahoo.com/free/request/
says "The filename of the URL list file must be urllist.txt; for a compressed file the name must be urllist.txt.gz."
but the file produced by my vBSEO sitemap for Yahoo is called sitemap.txt.gz.

Is this difference a problem when submitting to Yahoo?
It seems to accept it when I submit sitemap.txt.gz.

    Re: Yahoo Submit Question

The one shown in the text on Yahoo is just an example filename. It just needs to be .txt or .txt.gz
