    Exclamation World of Warcraft - Gold Spam!

    Hello,

    Did anyone get spams about WoW (World of Warcraft) Gold sites? Just today.. around in the afternoon, I had this user with over 18 posts/threads about his (or) their site asking members on my board to go buy gold. After I saw all these posts and threads I deleted them as "SPAM" than after few hours another attack, this time he wrote a small story and added his WoW Gold site in between the article, thinking I wouldn't delete it lol how dumb can spammers get! After I deleted them, I went to visit this vBulletin skin site... guess what, there were posts/threads about WoW Gold! Anyways, did any of you guys get anything about WoW Gold buying and stupid spams like this?

    Check4SPAM - Advanced SPAM Search & Destroy! - Page 3 - vBulletin.org Forum

    I have the upgraded version running on my forum (been testing before release), but the orginal catches most spam (I've just cleaned up the code and added more features on the new one).
    2011 Average: 1 post every 5 seconds... 24/7
