Will links in the header template be included in the site map?

I know the answer is probably an obvious yes, but because I have a lot of features in my forum, I have to move some links to my header so they can be seen better. Will the site mapper pick up on these links or is there a way I can manually put them into the mapper to make sure they are mapped?

vBSEO Sitemap Generator creates sitemap reading your thread info directly from database, it doesn't depend on the style you use for the forums.

So can I manually input links from my header to the sitemapper?

In order to include non-standard URLs in sitemap, you should add them in vbseo_sitemap/extra-urls.txt file (one URL per line).
