When to Upgrade to vBulletin 3.8?

I have two sites
www.windychat.com and
www.mapforums.com
They are both using vBSEO and the vBSEO skin.

I am wondering when would be a good time to upgrade everything to vBulletin 3.8? I just want to do it one day in the next couple months.

Is there anything new like a vBSEO skin for 3.8 coming out that I should wait for?

i'd wait for vbseo 3.2.5 which will fully support 3.8.

Frankly, i'm not even upgrading to 3.8. waste of time IMO.

Do you think that means a month or a week?

Also, I'm curious about the vBSEO skin, I know it's free and unsupported as well as a low priority, but would that be a reason to hold off on upgrading to 3.8?
