I have the exact same problem as the hoinqbsg. I have been using vBSEO for 1,5 year. All was fine, SE Bots Activity worked great. Problems started 2 days ago, after upgrading vBSEO from 3.3.2 to 3.5.2 (vBulletin 3.8.5). Yesterday, activity logs restarted 3 or 4 times. Any suggestion, how to resolve this issue?

Please install sitemap 2.6 b2. 2.5 shouldn't be used with vbseo 3.5 series.
