It is just the URL structure that vBSEO is using. You can set the URL's up in many ways.

it's using the forum_id
if it where regular vb, it would be something like /forumdisplay.php?f=44My forums: General Forums | Admin Talk (running xenforo)

so in the world of SEO (see told u am new!!) am guessing its better for the url to have http://www.vbseo.com/f44/ ???
