This is something in Google that we cannot dictate. This is a normal behavior.

Google will index whatever they see fit to include in their index. Some threads simply will not get indexed because of many reasons, including they don't know how or where to rank it yet, it doesn't meet their guidelines or quality standard, or any other reason they choose.
