Google is telling me that my sitemap has warnings

could anyone explain how to correct them.. i have tried to re-populate the sitemap but obviously that did not work

but the details says the following

No errors or warnings found.

Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted. HTTP Error:

Hello,

you should do the following:
1. disable "Include old URLs" option in vB admincp->vBSEO Sitemap Generator options
2. disable "Include Showpost URLs"
3. removed all *.gz files from vbseo_sitemap/data/ folder.
4. regenerate sitemap and resubmit it to Google.

No, you should leave them like that to avoid the same issue.
