vbseo sitemap not gerating sitemap

hi when i run sitemap genretaor it always said request timeout
i am using vb 4.1.5 pl 1
i ask to server team thay said this is not our issue

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

You can try increasing
wait_timeout in my.cnf
memory_limit in php.ini
or, reduce included sections in the sitemap so that it runs faster. Showthread and forum display are the only 2 'required' items. You can safely disable all other sections.
