Well.. you can try to add the following at the top of vbseo_sitemap_functions.php file:

error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);

Anyway, you can just ignore these notice message - they don't mean an error and sitemaps will be still generated correctly (and also they appear in vBulletin code - class_core.php).
