Yes, the current version works fine with 3.6.2.

I'm sorry if this is dumb, but it is the first time I'm facing an upgrade of vBulletin.
Are there special considerations to take with a upgrade ?
I mean, should I just upgrade just vBulletin and vbSeo will keep working?
Should I reupload the vbSeo files after the upgrade ?
If I upload how do I do to keep my settings intact ? Are setting saved on a mysql table or an xml file ?

You will not have to reupload the VBSEO files when you upgrade vBulletin its self. Just upload the new vBulletin files and overwrite the old. Then run the upgrade script.... Then you check to see if you have any templates that need to be reverted
