About LinkBacksI know there is a plugin for VB that prevents google from following URL that people post and urls in there sig is there an option to enable that in vBSEO or should i just get the plugin.

vBSEO has it built in. You can have rel="nofollow" added to all external links. Check out the vBSEO Control Panel to enable that option.
