Question unsure sitemap is working :(

Im a TOTAL noob on this sitemap thingy. Can someone please check to be sure I have mine working correctly?

Hi Christopher,

You can tell if it is working correctly by logging into your Google Webmasters area and checking the sitemap's status.

Your sitemap shows up here: http://www.ihatenursing.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz

So it looks like it's working. Just make sure you submit that URL to your Google Webmaster account.

Can anyone find my sitemap...I installed it first in the domain.com/forums/right here

or should it be domain.com/right here

I fixed it back to the domain.com/right here

now...I cant find where it is!

Mine doesnt appear to be working either , ( I also cannot get VBSeo to work)

Does this work for anyone? All I see is a blank page with that URL on it... ( same type of problems Im having with VBSeo new installation....

does this mean that neither VBSeo or Sitemap is going to work on my site?

I just added my site/forums to sitemap, and now that one gives me a 404 not found error.

Im having so much difficulty with all of this.....

please make sure that you uploaded .htaccess file from vBSEO package into your forums folder.
