Ugh... confused somewhat.

I just installed the site map and 'generated' one, is there supposed to be a page where i can view this or am I supposed to do something with the file it made?

go to google.com/webmasters and submit it

the url is yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml(.gz) <-- note, .gz is optional and why i put it in paren's

Alrighty, I've submitted it to both, yahoo + google.

Now do i just wait and monitor results and then every 1-2 weeks reupload a new generated sitemap?

the sitempa automatically rebuilds and pings out on its own

Is there anything else I can be doing then to help the system?
