Small number of indexed URLs

Does it take a while for Google to index url's?

I've had vbSEO up for a little less than a week now and still show zero indexed out of over 100k

SEO doesn't happen over night. It may take some time for google to recognize your site and start indexing you. Most customers report seeing results by week 3.

10 days after VBSEO, I have 2,400 indexed (compared to 1 at day 1) out of 39,000 submitted

Can someone please answer to a question I had above?

If I have for a specific forum, thread listing visible to guests, But actual thread cannot be read by guests, am I losing indexed files? Am I losing traffic from google?

If bots can't read page content , they will not index your forums. Thats why member only forums are not included within sitemaps also.
