Sitemap Warnings

When I log in google webmasters, I've been getting this warnings for a quiet time now, I'm not sure what to do to get them resolved and what's the effect of them on my website SEO.

You should disabled include old urls option , delete all your existing sitemaps located at vbseo_sitemap/data folder , regenerate your sitemaps.
