Sitemap and Vivvo

I have Vivvo in my root, and vBulletin in root/forums folder.

Is there anyway of getting my pages in vivvo listed in my site map?

You could add the URLs manually to the extra-urls.txt. However, If your sitemap is visible from the ./forums directory, I do not think that you can move up a level. You might want to adjust this setting in your sitemap settings: Sitemap Files URL. Also, please see here: Sitemap:FAQ - VBSEO Wiki
