sitemap submit link

ok i been trying for days to get this to work but no luck .

my forums is inside foilder forums and there i install sipemap .

so what the link i submit to google?

the sitemap_index is merely a list/directory of the sitemap_X true sitemap files.

Make sure that "Sitemap Files URL" option is empty in vBSEO Sitemap Generator settings, then regenerate sitemap.
