    Sitemap: Should I submit it?

    Sorry, this is probably a very foolish question, but...

    After I install Sitemap generator, should I submit the sitemap to Google and Yahoo?

    If yes, do I submit it only once?

    Yes you should submit your sitemap at first time and after that vBSEO Sitemap will notify all Search engines with the new sitemap
