Sitemap problem

I'm having an issues with site map
My top 10 urls in the map are

−
<loc>
http://www.site.com/forums/forum-name/index4.html
</loc>
<priority>0.8536</priority>
<lastmod>2010-03-10T06:12:23+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
</url>

And goes index1 index2 etc
And each link just goes to that forum so just looks like duplicate links?

each of the index1,2,3 should be your pagination links, so http://www.site.com/forums/forum-name/ would be for the main page then http://www.site.com/forums/forum-name/index2.html = page 2 http://www.site.com/forums/forum-name/index14.html = page 14 etc.

This is not duplicate as each page will have different threads on it.

Oh okay. I should have noticed that. My concern is, after I turned off show threads (or whatever my last problem was), I only have one URL indexed in my sitemap. Before I did it, I had several thousand, and that was after one day. It's been 2-3 days now with just one URL indexed.

OK, old urls... yes, those should be turned off.

but google still has your showthread.php?t=123 style urls from vb in their index.

This will eventually pick up from the 301's. Just hang tight. it doesn't happen overnight.
