Sitemap for Index page

Hi all,

I have Vbadvanced as my home page, and the forums in a folder of the the root ( root/forums )

The site map, as far as i can tell, is working, but how can i also include the main vbadvanced content in a sitemap?

What steps do i need to do, and is it viable to include the cpms page?
