Hello, I'm just wondering what happened here,

how did I lose 18,205 links on the site-map?

all I did was add the Yahoo App-ID.

Not sure what happened, can someone enlighten me on this?

I just ran the sitemap generator from the admincp schedule task manager and its back up

you should not execute vBSEO Sitemap Generator from scheduled task manager since it will include URLs with your permission (including those invisible to guests).

I don't understand, how else can it be run? The installation instructions specifically state to add it to the scheduled task manager.

It can be executed manually using vbseo_sitemap/ interface.

But we also run it automatically via scheduled tasks?

Yes, but not *manually* from scheduled tasks manager.
