It's a pity that the only mean to add urls is to add a txt file like extra-urls.txt.
Joomla has a component which creates a sitemap for joomla.

Maybe a next version of VBSEO google/yahoo sitemap will accept an "extra-urls.xml" file, it will be a mean to add another sitemap file in VB sitemap.

But Joomla sitemap could also do it itself ;-)
Unfortunately I think that the current solution is to add manually all joomla pages in "extra-urls.txt". There is only approximately 1000 pages :-(.
