Sitemap generator prefs - Include Old URLs - Yes or No?

In my vB options, there are some prefs for vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator. One of them is If you have vBSEO, include old urls?. I just had vBSEO installed several weeks ago. Good idea to have this on or off?

If you have a large amount of the old URL format indexed, then you should consider enabling this UNTIL they begin to disappear from the index. Afterwards, you turn it off.

It helps direct the googlebot to your old URL's so they notice the 301 redirect to the new static URL allowing google to remove you old dynamic url and index you new static url faster.

It reminds them to update your old URLs. It makes it a bit faster by telling them all of the old URLs that must be updated.

It works well! site:ehmac.ca vbseo on Google was getting 20,000 pages, then 32,000 crawling slowly. 2 days after making the change, indexed pages is at 110,000.
