    Hello,

Are you talking about "Archive Links in Footer" feature?. If so, you can disable it throug:

vBSEO CP -> Other Enhancements -> Footer Archive Links

Also you can use vBSEO Sitemap Generator to create sitemaps that automatically notify search engines when they are created.

I am talking about why is there a sitemap there when I did not install one.

    Forums

its not even using a real directory, because my own sitemap is in /sitemap/
but it is showing a sitemap from VB or VBSEO. I do not see any type
of sitemap installed in my plugin's...but it is showing on the url above.

That's the default vBulletin archive (or sitemap). Please read this articles for further information:

You shouldn't use the default vBulletin sitemap system, It will not include vBSEO'ed URLs, You should install vbseo sitemap generator if you are use vBSEO Core product.
