Sitemap addon for Photopost and Photopost Classifieds

Does this addon really work for photopost?
Can you explain me how it works to get this add-on work?

You need to add addon file name to vBSEO Sitemap Generator Settings > Add On modules

Does anybody know if there is a working sitemap generator addon for vBSEO 3.5, vB4.0.1 and Photopost 7.0.1? I turned on the SEO feature in photopost, but I dont think that is good enough?

If you are using photopost rewrites, vbseo will not know what the friendly url's are. So, even if you created an add-on, it would be including showphoto.php?pic=1123 instead of the friendly version, which google will simply reject as it does not accept non final (200) urls in sitemaps.

So you are saying there is nothing that I can do, or..?
right now an image rewrites as: Canadian One Cent (1937) - Coin Database

Dynamically, no.

You can manually add urls to the extraurls.txt file.


You should add links in that file in this format (one URL per line):

URL,frequency,priority

an example:

http://www.domain.com/page.html,daily,0.9
http://www.domain.com/page2.html,weekly,0.5
http://www.domain.com/page2.html

default priority (when not specified) is "1.0", default frequency is "daily".

Has anyone been successful in adding PP to the vBSEO sitemap? I really would like to have this added functionality but not sure where to go next after reading this (older) thread.

As for classifieds this addon is still working.
