Talking Sitemap addon for Photopost and Photopost Classifieds

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but attached are the two modules I've just knocked up to add all your Photopost photo urls, and all *current, approved* ads to your sitemap file.

One downside, at present - if you are using seperate databases for your Photopost and VB, then it won't work... I can edit it if someone asks, but to save me time (I have them the same) - I've just released the single db version.

It's pretty straight forward, upload them into your "addons" directory, add them to the "Addon Generator Modules" in vbulletin options and finally just edit the start of the files and set the variables as relevant to your setup

    Hi,

May I please get a version, which has PhotoPost in a different database than vBulletin?

    Thanks!

I would also like the seperate database edition if there is such a fix as i too run vb seperate from my two photopost databases.

    Cheers

Agreed. I use the same database for users.. but different for the forums and photopost so the seperate database versions would be VERY helpful.

I was confused with the above so for those who didn't get it the first time around, I hope this helps:

    1) The "addson" directory is located off your vBulletin forums directory such as "forums/vbseo_sitemap/addson".
    2) The "Addon Generator Modules" is located within your vBulletin admincp under "vBulletin Options/VBSEO Google - Yahoo Sitemap Generator / Generator Modules".

Being a newbie with vbSEO, I didn't quite get the instructions above (which now are clear to me). So I thought I'd add what I learned here for other newbies.

    Thanks. -- Rik

    Some help:

Okay, I have uploaded the file to my forum/vbseo_sitemap/addson directory (after changing the Photopost url, of course).

But what exactly do I input in the Addons Generator Modules textbox? vbseo_sm_pp.php? <<-- just that, or is the info supposed to be entered a specific way?

After that, what exactly do I do to complete the sitemap process in its entirety? Am I supposed to input something new in google sitemaps, and if so, what?

Please note that the script only adds for the non se friendly url's, and only for each individual photo - ie the url's are:
    $gallery_url . 'showphoto.php?photo=' . $photo['id']

You may be also interested in the hack found at Photopost vbGallery Addon For vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap - vBulletin.org Forum. This may allow for those who have their database separate to vbulletin.

So is there a photopost seperate database addon for us as the one above is for vbgallery isnt it? Will that work for classifieds and photopst pro?

    Cheers
