its creating sitemaps in vbseo_sitemap/data/
i want them to my forum root i have used Sitemap:FAQ - VBSEO Wiki this but nthing happened please let me know a simple and easy wa

The htaccess file does this for you. There is no need to put the data anywhere but the default place. it can still be accessed via site.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz (o site.com/forum/sitemap_index.xml.gz if you are installed in /forum)

Click in the link to get the actual error message.
You should also delete all the other variations you have in there as well as permanently disable the vb default sitemap task, and delete the sitemap files it made (it will not pick up your vbseo urls)Brian Cummiskey / Crawlability Inc.

404's generally form due to timeouts. Google has a VERY low timeout setting. It won't wait for your server.
If you are getting 404's, you should lower your total count per file in the vbseo sitemap options panel so that you have less URLs per file and thus, your serer is able to load it faster to google.Brian Cummiskey / Crawlability Inc.
