run sitemap generator twice per day

I trying to get indexed by bing in short time, i modified vbseo_sitemap_functions to change the standard ping to webmaster live to Submit Sitemap - Webmaster ToolsBing
And i create a new scheduled task in vbadmincp to run the sitemap generation every 12 hours, morning and night.

My question, any here is running the cron task of vBSEO sitemap generator every 12 hours for example ? any conclusion on make this ? any diference ?

I tried it for a while. TBH I can't say I noticed any difference.
