Question about the sitemap

I have some pages on my site that are basically a small top frame with another site's page loading under it in a different frame. See example:

http://www.glorifythepast.com/offsite/dchart.htm

Question: Is it good or bad to include these types of pages in my sitemap in the extra-urls text? They are actual pages on my site.

Since the main content frame resides on another site, I believe there is no sense in adding it to sitemap.
